Carolyn Murphy

Having started in Estate Agency back in 1985 as a Junior Negotiator in a corporate agency, I worked my way up to Branch Manager, covering the West Midlands and Warwickshire. I then took a career break and worked for a High Street Bank, whilst my children were younger. Having then had the opportunity to come back to the career I love in 2016, I worked for some independent agencies and then as a Self-Employed agent in Rugby and Lutterworth, and then decided to evolve my own business in 2019. This is where Carter Oliver Property Experts was created.

I have gone from myself, a desk and a phone in a serviced office, to a team of 4 based at 8a Bank Street, Lutterworth. My passion is showing your home at its best, and to do that, we will re-stage your home using your furniture and sometimes additional props to ensure all our properties receive the most views possible. With a speciality in local Village properties, both in Leicestershire and Warwickshire, I pride myself on excellent Customer Service, winning GOLD at The British Property Awards for 5 years running, being a finalist in our first year of entering for an East Midlands ESTAS award 2026, and finally winning GOLD at the EA Masters 2026.
